Calvary Christian Fellowship, or ‘CCF’, is a Bible-based Christian Church which preaches and teaches God’s Love for all of us, The Good News of Jesus Christ, and the Blessed Hope of eternal salvation we can have by making the personal choice to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord & Savior!
Calvary Christian Fellowship wants to invite you to be with us for our 10:30 AM Sunday Morning Service at 233 W. Main St. Fort Wayne, Indiana 46802. This is the Community Center located in Downtown Fort Wayne. This facility is ADA compliant and accessible to all.
If you live outside of the Fort Wayne area and are unable to physically be with us, you may stream our service on our Facebook page and/or our YouTube channel.
Founded in 2017 by Pastors Phil and Andrew Paino, Calvary Christian Fellowship is a Christian Community located in the HEART OF the City of Fort Wayne with a HEART FOR the whole world! In 2017 CCF was chosen as a winner in Old National Bank’s ‘Choose Your Charity’ contest for being one of the best nonprofits in the Fort Wayne community. Also, in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Calvary Christian Fellowship has been named by our community as “The Best Church in Fort Wayne” through the Fort Wayne Newspapers Reader’s Choice Award! And in 2023 CCF was chosen as “The Best Place to Worship” in Fort Wayne.
MISSION
Matthew 28:18-20; “And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
PASTOR PHIL PAINO is currently the Senior Pastor of Calvary Christian Fellowship Fort Wayne.
Pastor Phillip C. Paino, a Fort Wayne native, graduated from R. Nelson Snider High School and went on to graduate from Oral Roberts University. Pastor Paino served as Camp Director of Camp Calvary/Oakhill in Angola, IN from 1974-1989. He pastored Calvary Chapel, also in Angola, IN, from 1975-1979. He served as Associate Pastor at Calvary Temple Worship Center in Fort Wayne, IN from 1974-1994. Rev. Paino served on the faculty of Christian Training Center from 1974-1989. Pastor Paino founded a Recovery Ministry, Bethel Recovery Fellowship, for those suffering from addictions.
Pastor Paino also served as the Executive Director of the Rudy Kachmann, M.D. Behavioral Foundation (1999-2005) in Fort Wayne, IN.
Pastor Andrew Paino, along with being a Founder, is the Co-Pastor and Finance Manager of Calvary Christian Fellowship.
A graduate of Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Leadership, Pastor Andrew uses his administrative gifts for CCF. Also, he delivers Bible-based messages based on sound doctrine to the congregation of Calvary Christian Fellowship!
For over 70 years the Paino family has proclaimed the Good News of Jesus Christ to the Fort Wayne community! Pastor Phil’s father, Dr. Paul E. Paino, established and ministered at Calvary Temple Worship Center and impacted innumerable lives across the globe for Christ. A preacher of grace, Pastor Paul E. Paino’s messages and ministry helped change many lives for the better until his home-going into heaven in 2005.
With the passage of time, many of Dr. Paino’s messages and material have been lost. However, CCF is honored to bring some of these messages to the internet for the first time. Calvary Christian Fellowship was so pleased to see Pastor Phil was officially recognized and honored by the City of Fort Wayne for his years of ministry! The entrance and parking may be found off of Berry Street and parking lot is FREE for all of our services. (There are maps showing our location and other helpful information below on this website)
Please remember that Berry St. is one way west bound. Parking is FREE!
Here is a satellite image of the area. The red lines are the outside of the Community Center building. The white X is the entrance doors into the building from the parking lot. The yellow X is the new entrance into the parking lot off of Berry St. The blue line represents the approach along Berry St. from Harrison St.
And here is a view of the Community Center building as seen from Main St. Please note that there is no entrance available off of Main St. on Sunday mornings. Only the entrance on the south side of the building is available on Sunday mornings.
